I had the pleasure of visiting the store today as a beginner sewer, and I couldn't be more thrilled with the experience. From the moment I walked in, I had a machine in mind, but I didn’t mention it to Sheila. Instead, I simply shared that I was a beginner, and that's when the magic happened!Sheila took the time to sit with me for an incredible 30 minutes, patiently guiding me through the best options for my skill level. Her extensive knowledge was immediately evident—it's clear she has worked with many different companies and knows the ins and outs of each machine. She truly prioritized my needs, ensuring I was set up for success right from the start. I felt like I was in the hands of someone who genuinely cared about my journey as a sewer.Thanks to the fantastic Black Friday sales, I walked away with a great discount, which made the whole experience even sweeter! I’m already looking forward to coming back to visit Sheila and show her what I’ve sewn.Sheila is an absolute gem, and her dedication to helping new sewers like me is truly commendable. I've had my domestic machine serviced here, and bought a lot of embroidery thread, as well as an overlocker from here. The shop assistant is very nice and has a lot of knowledge about the products. :)

This is a very good place to have your machine serviced. My Janome is over 50 years old and was getting a bit tired and needed attention. Bob has given it new life,it is as good as new now. The service was prompt and the staff in the shop were friendly knowledgeable. Thank you Bob, a good job done.I would also like to commend the staff in the shop, particularly Olivia , who were very ,kind and helpful to me when I tripped and fell outside the shop . They took me in and made me comfortable until medical help arrived.Thank you all again,Beth Bateson

Dropped off a machine for a friend. I was supposed to have more information than I had with me 🤣 Make sure you know what is wrong with your machine before dropping it off as they require this information.

The staff go above and beyond with their service. They took the time to teach me some basics on using the Janome FD216 and helped so much, in regards to the transportation of the machine. You can easily see how knowledgeable they are and the care they have for sewing. Lots of information can be found on the website and also over the phone. Very kind service and great prices, would recommend!

Awesome service from Bob.I got my mum a new sewing machine after her old one finally gave up after 50 years of solid service. She was a seamstress in her day so it was used alot.I got her the elna 2000 and she tells me it is a great machine to use.Thanks again Bob. 👍
