Her extensive knowledge was immediately evident—it's clear she has worked with many different companies and knows the ins and outs of each machine. She truly prioritized my needs, ensuring I was set up for success right from the start. This is a very good place to have your machine serviced. My Janome is over 50 years old and was getting a bit tired and needed attention. Bob has given it new life,it is as good as new now. The service was prompt and the staff in the shop were friendly knowledgeable. Thank you Bob, a good job done.I would also like to commend the staff in the shop, particularly Olivia , who were very ,kind and helpful to me when I tripped and fell outside the shop . The staff go above and beyond with their service. They took the time to teach me some basics on using the Janome FD216 and helped so much, in regards to the transportation of the machine. You can easily see how knowledgeable they are and the care they have for sewing. Lots of information can be found on the website and also over the phone. Very kind service and great prices, would recommend!

I called the store and talked to Bob after calling aprox 4 other shops in Melb for a price match. He beat the price and also gave me lots of bonuses.He delivered the machine within 1 hour after we spoke even though i was 50km away.Def recommended 👍🏻
