The huge work area and ergonomic design allows for more quilt room. The MC9400QCP provides 280mm (11”) to the right of the needle and 393mm (15 ½”) of total work area. The needle area is sleek and trim so you can easily see as you work.
When active, the presser foot will automatically raise with the needle remaining in the down position when the machine stops. This is a very useful function for applique, quilting, general sewing, turning a corner or adjusting your work as you sew.
